Harry Gilham

Harry is an expert in stakeholder engagement and planning policy for the built environment and energy sectors. He has run successful public consultation and stakeholder engagement programmes for projects in sectors including residential and commercial property, energy and aggregates across the country.

Notable career highlights have included securing approval for a major new PFA quarry, a hotel development (where he was nominated for an award) and securing approval for a solar farm in Lincolnshire where he spoke at planning committee.

Harry also formerly served as a Conservative councillor in Hertfordshire from 2015 to 2019.
