Genny is responsible for the group People & Culture function at Instinctif Partners/Truth overseeing strategy, planning, development and management of all People & Culture activities, whilst working closely with the senior leadership teams across the group.

With over 15 years of HR experience, Genny is a creative and collaborative HR professional and leader, who is passionate about building successful brands through people and culture. She holds a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Certificate in HRM and has a proven track record of supporting a cross-functional, multi-site global client group. Genny excels in strategic HR management and cultural initiatives, significantly enhancing the employee experience. Her expertise spans media, publishing, and design-led agencies.
