Emily has 20 years’ experience of advising industry leaders, challengers and disrupters on promoting and protecting their corporate reputations and building brand engagement, often in the face of business change and political or social challenge.

She’s worked across geographies, sectors and channels, and is a passionate believer in the power of earned-first communications to tackle business problems and unlock growth.

Emily sits on Instinctif’s senior leadership team with a primary focus on client service. She is a champion of responsible business, having spent three years on the PRCA Council with a focus on ethics and inclusion, and is committed to making the industry and her clients’ businesses more respected for their societal contribution.
