Emer Sugrue

Emer is an Account Director specialising in public affairs and public policy in Ireland. She develops and executes public affairs and communications strategies on behalf of clients and advises on policy and stakeholder engagement. Prior to joining Instinctif, Emer worked as a journalist with publications including The Irish Times as a government party press officer. 

Emer holds a first-class honours MA in Political Communication from Dublin City University, researching communication practices in Irish political parties and coalition governments.
