Dwain Gardner-Gold

As Head of Technology, Dwain Gardner-Gold brings over 20 years of experience in IT and cyber security to our organisation. With a strong track record of delivering complex IT projects and leading teams, Dwain oversees the IT estate and cyber security globally, ensuring that our systems and networks are secure, reliable and efficient, whilst ensuring the business leverages modern technologies in an ever-changing landscape.

Prior to joining our team, Dwain spent two and a half years at Wifinity, where he helped the business go through their first acquisition, subsequent integration, and wider IT transformation initiatives. In this role, he was responsible for implementing a range of IT solutions to support the company’s growth and sale to Private Equity.

Before joining Wifinity, Dwain spent 18 years at Capita, starting out in the post room and rising through the ranks to become a Divisional IT Director responsible for the central Group Division. During his time at Capita, Dwain played a key role in developing and implementing IT strategies to support the company’s growth and IT transformation.
