Bradley specialises in Talent Acquisition and has extensive experience recruiting in the PR & Communications industry, having been recruiting PR & Policy professionals for 8 years. Prior to joining Instinctif, Bradley managed the Talent function at Portland Communications for nearly 5 years. 

Bradley is particularly passionate about rolling out early careers’ opportunities, such as Internships and attending networking/career fairs. Outside of work Bradley enjoys attending Live Sport and Music events, with 2024 highlights being the Olympics and Glastonbury.
