Starting the new year with a bang, Instinctif Partners have been awarded Silver in the Large Consultancy category by PR Week for Best Places to Work.

This year, we have had a particular focus on our culture; developing and rolling out new values based on feedback from our people. We submitted an entry that looked at a number of our trailblazing initiatives, including Connect, the international office exchange program; the pioneering Academy of Excellence, and Pacesetters, our peer reward and recognition scheme.

One point acknowledged and highlighted by the PR Week judges was our diversity – not just in terms of gender and ethnicity – but the diversity of minds and thinking that we have across the business.
