LONDON, 23 SEPTEMBER 2024: Instinctif Partners, the strategic communications consultancy, further invests in its Capital Markets proposition with the appointment of Augustine ‘Gus’ Chipungu as Director, based in the Group’s London office.
Julian Walker, CEO, Instinctif Partners, comments: “I am delighted to welcome Gus to our team as we look to further grow and invest in our Capital Markets proposition. This builds on the exciting year we have had so far, winning a number of new client briefs and advising on a wide range of corporate activity spanning IPOs, M&A and other corporate mandates – such as the Air Astana IPO and Marston’s disposal of its 40% stake in CMBC.”
Gus joins from Schroders plc, bringing a decade of in-house as well as agency communications experience, having also worked for Bell Pottinger and Burson Buchanan. Prior to his City career, Gus worked in public policy for the Legatum Institute and the House of Commons.
