Instinctif Partners’ Global Forum
This week, Instinctif Partners launched the 2015 Global Forum. Held at our London offices and broadcast live to our offices around the world, over 300 colleagues came together to hear CEO Richard Nichols deliver the latest business updates and continuing company vision.
The day featured an update on the Instinctif Partners’ hacktracks, a series of internal platforms for company improvement and was rounded off by a Q&A which allowed all employees to engage and contribute to our evolving culture and journey.
Our first Global Forum follows on from the annual Partners’ Forum, a meeting of our partners from across the globe. As part of the event, our communications experts were tasked with a Hackathon style challenge to devise a communications strategy which would help two specially selected charities achieve the aim of raising awareness and increasing funding for their particular cause.
The participating charities were CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) and the ASHA Trust. CALM is a small UK charity dedicated to preventing male suicide. The ASHA Trust, a South African charity, develops and facilitates early childhood development (ECD) training programmes for under-skilled practitioners.
Both charities took away a set of strong ideas, which we will be helping to implement.
