As the first global awards dedicated to employee engagement, the ‘ee-awards’ celebrate excellence in engagement that inspires action and drives industries and workplaces forward.

The Trailblazer award is designed to recognise unsung champions of engagement. Instinctif Engagement’s Trailblazers community was launched last year to celebrate real innovators who drive engagement forward in an organisation specifically from outside the boardroom. This award is for those who drive innovation through everyday actions, inspiring fellow employees.
