Instinctif Advises PZ Cussons on Five:am Acquisition

Instinctif Partners advised PZ Cussons on its recent £44.1m acquisition of Five:am, a leading Australian organic yoghurt brand and one of the most successful entrants to the Australian food industry over the past decade. This follows PZ Cussons’ purchase of Rafferty’s Garden, the Australian baby food brand, in 2013 and will strengthen its presence in the fast growing core food and nutrition category. PZ Cussons’ business in Australia comprises well-known brands including Morning Fresh, Radiant, Duo, Imperial Leather, Original Source, and St Tropez.
