Shortlisted at PRCA City and Financial Awards 2020

We are proud that our team is a finalist at the PRCA City and Financial Awards 2020. We have been shortlisted in the Best Strategic Communications category for our work with TalkTalk.

The TalkTalk team, led by our Corporate and Capital Markets practice, was nominated for the launch of TalkTalk’s first thought leadership campaign “Talking Loneliness”, which examines the relationship between loneliness and technology in teenagers.

The launch of the Talking Loneliness campaign secured coverage across national, regional and trade publications in print, online and broadcast. This included a lengthy Daily Express article with an accompanying case study arranged, an interview on BBC You & Yours, as well as coverage in the Evening Standard and the Press Association which was syndicated regionally.

A microsite was created to host all the campaign content to visually express the campaign’s findings and calls to action. It also hosted materials such as the report, infographics, one-page explainer and blogs from TalkTalk CEO, academic partner Dr Rebecca Nowland, and charity partner Internet Matters. The report was downloaded over 4,000 times from this microsite. A targeted paid-for social media campaign on Talking Loneliness received over 630,000 online impressions, demonstrating the expansive reach of the campaign’s findings.
