Congratulations to Truth, the Insight & Research arm of Instinctif Partners, who last night won Insight Initiative of the Year at the Retail Week Customer Experience Awards 2015.

The awards showcase a cross section of companies that are transforming customer experience and making the UK a globally renowned retail market. Truth won this award for their work with John Lewis on ‘A Retail Revolution’ – the biggest insight program in the 150 year history of John Lewis.

By creating new beliefs and inspiring internal cultural change via a company-wide research programme, Truth enabled John Lewis to navigate their way through a turbulent time and create a step-change in the way business is done.

Truth continues to work alongside John Lewis providing insight into their customers.
