Instinctif Partners expands property client portfolio

Instinctif Partners, the international business communications consultancy, has started 2017 with a bang bolstering its property sector base with four new wins; Keller Williams, Savills, Union Developments and Nested.

Keller Williams, the US originated and largest and fastest global growing real estate agent franchise, has appointed Instinctif as it looks to expand its UK operations. The team will deliver a multi-channel profile raising communications programme.

Instinctif has also been appointed by Savills, the global real estate services provider, to promote The Camden Collection – a collection of new and renovated homes located in the London Borough of Camden.

Additionally, the agency has been hired by Union Developments, an SME housebuilder which specialises in London regeneration areas to promote their latest project which is a new residential and commercial development on Mare Street.

Finally, Nested, a British ‘proptech’ startup, has also retained Instinctif to raise its profile in the property space. The firm acts as a chain breaker, promising to sell a house within 90 days, or lend the seller the money for their next house purchase interest-free.

The wins build on Instinctif’s established property expertise and integrated communications offer. Following a succession of new clients in 2016, the firm has grown its property arm to more than 25 team members; with dedicated areas of expertise to cover all facets of communications in the real estate market, including pre-consultation and local stakeholder engagement, central government relations, financial and capital markets support, consumer sales campaigns, thought leadership, strategic corporate counsel, digital channel strategy, and risk and crisis management.

Laura O’Connell, Managing Partner at Instinctif Partners, said: “Our ability to combine a cross-section of relevant skills that cover the length and breadth of the property industry ensures that we can offer an unrivalled service under one roof. Bringing together these specialist services under a workable integrated framework has been a real game changer and has attracted a number of new clients. We are thrilled to be working with such a diverse range of businesses who perfectly complement our existing client base across the residential and commercial property space.”

On the 21st of February, Instinctif Partners hosted the first of a series of events this year for the property industry, which explored how policy is working in practice. This first event discussed the implications of the Housing White Paper in London with the Deputy Mayor for Housing, James Murray, offering insight alongside other industry leaders from Redrow, Savills and Future Housing Review.
