How do we communicate your relisting on the stock market and differentiate your brand from the competition?

Challenge:
Provide communications support around the Company’s stock market listing to convey how they have transformed since their previous listing, as well as differentiating them from their peers, particularly the late night operators.

Action:
We successfully defined the business’ equity story using educational tools such as company factsheets, this in turn enhanced awareness of the company amongst the media and sellside. To accompany this we produced a brand film to articulate the Company’s story to potential investors.

Result:
We changed perceptions of the brand amongst key audiences, distinguishing the business as a premium bar operator, whilst simultaneously generating strong coverage across the national, trade and regional media.
